St. Gotthard Fund Management launches new Digital Asset Income & Growth Fund (EUR).
St. Gotthard Fund Management AG is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural fund via its St. Gotthard Global Fund SPC vehicle – the Digital Asset Income & Growth Fund (EUR) (“DAIG”).
The DAIG is a fully compliant multi-asset blockchain focused fund set up by St. Gotthard Fund Management AG in 2019 and is part of the St. Gotthard Global Fund SPC. The new fund is expected to allocate funds to a numerous range of blockchain driven investment strategies generating passive income in the Digital Asset space. The investment objective of the Fund will be to provide investors with regular dividend income by investing predominantly in a portfolio of worldwide income generating digital assets, with a portfolio target yield above that of traditional financial assets. An emphasis has been made on factors such as liquidity, governance and asset security during the structuring of the fund. The offering will be limited to a Euro share class and aimed at institutional and HNW investors from Switzerland, UK and UAE. The DAIG is listed and regulated in the Cayman Islands by CIMA.
The fund is operated by a team of professionals with a deep background in Digital Assets, investment management and multi-asset portfolio construction. Past areas of expertise include Hedge Funds, Forex, Fixed Income and Equities. The team is composed of alumni of Credit Suisse, Falcon Private Bank and Citigroup and has a combined experience in investment management of over four decades.
Please note that the DAIG has received CIMA approval, the fund launch date is targeted for Q1 2020.
